Issues with subscription

Tried to renew my membership online after an hour I finally called customer service. Spent 20 minutes on the phone. Still having issues renewing the subscription. Customer service rep could not renew over the phone. Spent another 20 minutes online and finally was able to renew webpage seems very difficult and is not customer friendly

Navionics platium plus card

Hello, My platium plus card stopped sonar charting after updating this card. I no longer have a subscription to try to fix this. Now you want $129 to fix this. This is not right and Im hoping you will fix this. Thank You Peter

I own 2 boats both with navionics chips installed you need separate accounts to update each chip which is an added cost which is just wrong considering cost of chips and units themselves i dont recommend this to anyone i would rate less than one star but was not given the choice avoid at all costs very dissatisfied customer dave Meurs

Have been trying to renew my chartplotter and mobile app, sent the wrong product, overcharged, can't update my subscriptioin

Sent the wrong chip to update my chartplotter Navionics subscription at a different price than then noted, have to send back, and now the subscription for my chartplotter has completly disappeared. Also renewed my subscription for my mobile app paid on line, order ID #260******** still getting a notice that my subscription will expire and have to renew at a higher price.

Own 2 devices and need 2 subscription to update both. And customers support sucks. Guess no one needs support on weekends when most people that have these can actually use them

Issue with my map

Showed to have an update come across my PC Navionics Charts an update. Download it the chart installer and it showed that Ma theyll have expired. I want to head and took my SD card put it back in my hummingbird to make sure that my map was still there and it is shown to be gone. How do I retrieve my map that I had before back

Subscription ran out, and Navion IX rep handled everything perfectly. The. explained everything that was going on. Told me what I needed to do how to go about getting my new subscription gave me the cost very simple and very easy.

Hi : Im not pissed however , about 3 or 4 years ago I purchased NAVIONICS on my phone. At the time it stated that it was a onetime fee of $29.95, I believe. I had a Samsung phone and recently purchased a new iPhone. My Navionics are still on my old phone, however, I dont know how to get it on my new phone. Please tell me how to transfer it over. They say my membership has expired .. THANK YOU. JENO HUBER
